1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Steamies ("we," "our," or "us"), an app developed by IndieTax, LLC. By accessing or using the Steamies web application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1. The App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3.2. If we determine that a user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately delete the associated account and cancel any active subscription without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Content
4.1. Users are strictly prohibited from using the App to generate stories that include any of the following:
Rape
Sexual violence
Bestiality
Content involving children in any sexual context
Copyrighted content without proper authorization
References to real people without their explicit consent
4.2. If Steamies becomes aware of a user violating this policy, we reserve the right to immediately deactivate the user's account and cancel any active subscription without prior notice.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1. Users may post content generated through Steamies on other platforms or websites. However, Steamies is not responsible for any content that may have been generated on Steamies once it is posted on another platform.
5.2. By posting content generated through Steamies on other platforms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steamies from any claims arising from such content.
6. Account Termination
6.1. Steamies reserves the right to deactivate user accounts at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the accounts are in breach of these Terms of Use.
6.2. Upon account termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. We are not obligated to retain or provide you with any content or data associated with your terminated account.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Steamies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7.2. Users retain ownership of the content they generate using the App, subject to the license granted to Steamies as described in the next section.
8. License Grant
By using the App to generate content, you grant Steamies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user-generated content in any existing or future media. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Steamies, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
